To the Leadership Group and Entire Church of North River
Patrick and I would like to say a HUGE Thank You for financially and spiritually supporting and sending members of your Church to help us here in Trinidad and Tobago. We are so grateful for
the visiting team's humility, wisdom, example and servants hearts. We know your Church sacrificed to come to serve us.
Please know that they have not only revived the faith of our campus ministry but also of the entire Church. Pre and post COVID the Church really had become complacent overall and we needed the spiritual boost and the personal examples of the North River team to become more for God again.
Jack stayed with us and as a young man, we saw his convictions and love for God shine brightly every day as he got up early to have his times with our Lord, then go out all day to share his faith and do bible studies. All of the campus team ably led by Grant and Nandi worked very hard and served fully. The team of adults also served tirelessly, spending time with various groups in the Church teaching, but also listening and learning, which was humbling for us to see. We love you guys and are grateful. Because of your love and service for the saints here you and the team have shown that you are imitators of God, dearly loved children who have lived a life of love among us, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to our God (Eph 5:1).
We love and appreciate you all and miss the team dearly.
