After a long battle with cancer, Scott passed away peacefully on Monday morning. Scott and his wife Julie have been long time members of North River. They have three adult children: Kyle Foster, Kelsey Foster Chase (married to Andrew Chase), and Kevin Foster (married to Deanna Foster), and four grandchildren. The Celebration of Life will be this Saturday at 11 AM, with visitation from 9-11 AM, at Poole Funeral Home (1970 Eagle Dr, Woodstock, GA 30189). Everyone is invited.
Our HOPE Care Ministry has organized a Coat Drive for the month of October! You can bring your coats, hats, scarves, gloves, etc. to the Lighthouse to help our friends in the community who need help! Click below for more info.

Trunk or Treat is coming up on Saturday, October 30th! Please register your trunk if you can, and remember to tell your friends and neighbors! This is a great time for our young families and a great way to reach out to the community! And please RSVP below.

Spencer from Athens was baptized last month! He is a freshman at Kennesaw State University.

- Dian Knight's brother and sister-in-law: her sister-in-law, Candyss, tragically passed away after battling Covid and double pneumonia. Her brother, Michael, is recovering from a diabetic event.
- Hawkins Family: Dana is undergoing treatment for cancer. Bryan's family is rebuilding in Louisiana after Hurricane Ida.
