Please update your Church App – Tithely in the App Store or Google Play if you plan to donate from your phone.  At least one member has experienced a "token mismatch" error (which can sometimes occur if the app is not up to date or if there are issues with the device's connection to our servers). Of course, you can always use our website nrcoc.org if you want to donate.

Which App to Update:
You should update the Church App – Tithely (sometimes listed as "Church App - Tithely" in the App Store or Google Play). This is the app that opens directly to the church’s content and giving options. The other app, simply called "Tithe.ly," is a separate giving app and is not the one to be used for your custom church experience.
 
What Happens When Updating:
Updating the Church App – Tithely to the latest version is highly recommended to ensure the best performance and security. In most cases, updating the app will not remove a member’s setup or preferences. However, depending on the device and the type of update, users may be prompted to log in again after updating—this is a normal security step and helps keep their information safe.

  • If a member is prompted to log in again, they can use their existing Tithely account credentials (email and password) to sign back in. PLEASE USE YOUR EXISTING ACCOUNT SO IT DOESN’T CREATE A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT FOR YOU.
  • All their giving history and saved payment methods are securely stored with their account, so nothing will be lost by updating or logging in again.
  • If anyone has trouble logging back in, they can use the "Forgot Password" option in the app to reset their password if needed.
