Celebration of Life for Betty Landergott

This Saturday

Celebration of Life for Betty Landergott

Lighthouse Theater | Saturday, May 17th @ 4:00 PM
320 Austin Ave, Marietta, GA 30060

Join us as we honor and celebrate the life of Betty Landergott, a beloved member of The Path and North River communities. Betty was a woman of deep faith, warmth, and vibrant spirit. Known for her zeal and love for connecting with others, she served faithfully in many roles—always with a tender heart and open arms. She had a deep reverence for God’s Word and was a mentor, a friend, and a light to all who knew her.

The activities occur throughout the day, as these are the family's wishes, and we want the church to express to her family the support and love that she so richly deserves.  Please make every effort to show your love and support.

Details of Activities:

  • Funeral and Service: Saturday, May 17
  • Location: Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home (2950 Cobb Pkwy N, Kennesaw, GA 30152)
  • Time: Visitation 10 AM - 12 PM, Service 12 PM - 1 PM and the burial will be immediately after the funeral.
  • The Celebration of Life will be later that day at 4 PM in the North River Lighthouse Theater (address is above).

Men of Strength: Pursuing Purity Together

Men of Strength: Pursuing Purity Together

“How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word.” – Psalm 119:9

In a world full of struggle, God calls us to something greater—freedom, strength, and purity. You don’t have to walk this road alone. We have confidential, grace-filled single and married men’s integrity groups where we support and sharpen each other on the journey toward integrity. We are beginning a new series and want to invite anyone interested to join us.

If you're ready to take that next step, contact Kevin Broyles at 919-654-9515 or kevinbroyles@nrcoc.com for more information before June 1st.

Camp Swamp Scholarships

CTP Housing Needed

CTP Housing Needed

Hey North River family! The Campus Training Program is coming up. This year the theme is "Unless..." from the scripture John 12:24. The time frame is DIFFERENT than any year prior. It will be at the end of May. It will be Wednesday May 28th until Sunday June 1st. We are looking for people to host those who will be attending the CTP from out of state. We are grateful for how many of the North River members who have served in this way years before. The host families really are a vital part to the CTP. Thank you to all those who have done it. Please email Makenzie Albert (makenziealbert@nrcoc.com) if you are able and we will send you more information. Thank you so much!
