Marie's Celebration of LifeOur dear sister, Marie, went to be with the Lord on April 19. We mourn with her husband, Eddie, and her kids, Brice and Amelia. The Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, May 10th at 3 PM in the North River Auditorium, with a reception to follow in the FLC. We mourn the loss of our sister Betty LandergottBetty, our dear sister and longtime member of North River, went to be with the Lord yesterday. She finished the race! But she will be surely missed. The funeral will be next Saturday (5/17) at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home (2950 Cobb Pkwy N, Kennesaw, GA 30152) at 12 PM (Visitation 10 AM - 12 PM), and the Celebration of Life will be later that day at 4 PM in the North River auditorium. |

CTP Housing NeededHey North River family! The Campus Training Program is coming up. This year the theme is "Unless..." from the scripture John 12:24. The time frame is DIFFERENT than any year prior. It will be at the end of May. It will be Wednesday May 28th until Sunday June 1st. We are looking for people to host those who will be attending the CTP from out of state. We are grateful for how many of the North River members who have served in this way years before. The host families really are a vital part to the CTP. Thank you to all those who have done it.
