Kids will be starting with us in the main service this Sunday as we have a special Back to School Prayer over them. After this special time of prayer with the kids, we will have a fellowship break, at which point parents can take their kids to class.

Please park at Howard St. Lot if you are able.

We're excited to have Shawn Wooten as guest speaker at All Church Midweek Next Wednesday at 7 PM in the auditorium! He will be sharing from his experience as a missionary in Eastern Europe. 

There will be a Missions Interest Meeting with Shawn following All Church Midweek.

We will also be taking up a Benevolence offering that night.

Brothers and sisters from around metro Atlanta will be joining us at North River on August 16 at 7 PM! Invite your friends - this will be an encouraging time of praising God together.

From Walt: "I want to thank the church for the prayers they’ve offered up for me and my family over the past few months for dealing with my cancer and my mothers failing health. After being at home in hospice, my mother passed away on Thursday at the age of 93. God has answered prayers as she passed in her sleep. Asking for prayers now for comfort and peace."

- Cards for the Sick and Hurting: Cards are available at the Welcome Desk (in the auditorium) to write a note of encouragement to the sick and hurting. 

- Our RISE Ministry is meeting Thursdays at 7 PM: "Recovery-Inspired Spiritual Enlightenment". This is a ministry for those struggling with chemical and alcohol addiction, and those who have loved ones going through this struggle. Click for more info
