The Leadership of the North River Church of Christ is excited to invite you to a unique weekend experience with Jan Johnson, a nationally respected author, teacher, and spiritual director who has written 24 books and collaborated closely with Dallas Willard. This isn’t your typical event. It’s a chance to step away from the noise and explore practices that help you live with more peace, presence, and purpose to help you grow in your life with God. There will also be a Thrive Service at 10 AM in the Lighthouse.

Please park at Howard St. Lot if you are able.

Join us this Sunday after church from noon to 2 PM for some lighthearted, cross-generational Pickleball fun.

Whether you’ve played before or have no idea what a “dink” is, this is a great opportunity to laugh, connect, and maybe even show off a few hidden skills.

 Where: Church gym
 Who: Pacesetters + Anybody 18 years plus 
 What to Bring: Comfortable shoes, water bottle, and your game face!

Paddles, balls, and good company provided. Come enjoy the fun — you might just discover a new favorite Sunday tradition!

Atlanta School of Missions will be in session September 19-20 at North River. Michael Burns will be in town teaching for this as usual. Everyone is welcome to attend. Click below to learn more. 

We are excited to host Men's Day 2025 on September 27! This is a great opportunity to learn and fellowship together as men, and a great event to bring your friends! There will be lessons, sharing, food, games, and more. All info can be found by clicking the link below. 

At this annual event, we set up booths to explain every area of service related to Sunday Service. Everyone in the congregation can walk around to each booth and find out all the info, ask questions, and sign up for the coming year.

- Our RISE Ministry is meeting Thursdays at 7 PM: "Recovery-Inspired Spiritual Enlightenment". This is a ministry for those struggling with chemical and alcohol addiction, and those who have loved ones going through this struggle. Click for more info
